Opening the "third eye." Chakra exercise of the "third eye".
There is an ancient technique that restores the pineal gland. This secret exercise has been secretly transmitted through the ages. The concept underlying this technique was to create vibration in a person’s head, more precisely, within the pineal gland and the surrounding area.
This is the power of words and the human voice. An appropriate tone of voice can create energy or vibration that deeply affects the human brain. The method is sometimes called tuning, chanting or performing vibratory actions.
When singing a certain sound of a certain musical note within the pineal gland, vibration or sound movement can be caused.
The recitative or chant used is the sound of the TOU. This chant is sung in one syllable on the note DO. If you don’t have a penchant for music, don’t worry about reaching the exact frequency, since even zooming is effective. Just remember that the desired sound - the alpha note, is in the middle of the range between deep bass and high tenor. In other words, in order to achieve the correct vibration, you just need to sing the TOU not in a deep low and not high voice, but in a voice between both of these ranges.
To start this important exercise, take a deep breath and hold your breath until it is comfortable, then slowly exhale through the slightly opened lips. Repeat this two more times. This exercise slows down the wave pattern of your brain from the beta level, or wakefulness state, to the light alpha level, or altered state of consciousness. You become more relaxed, making it easier to concentrate on singing the TOU.
Then inhale deeply again through the nose and hold your breath for a few seconds. Immediately before exhaling through your mouth, stick your tongue out through slightly apart teeth. Press your tongue slightly with your teeth. As soon as your tongue is in this position, exhale slowly through your mouth, saying T-O-O-O-U-U, until all the air comes out. You must feel the air passing through the tongue and teeth. If this exercise is done properly, you will also feel pressure or some sensation in the jaw and cheeks. Repeat this exercise for a few moments between each chant. The TOU should be pronounced successively three times on the first attempt. After about a day, this exercise can be repeated in the same way by saying TOU three times with a small interval between each chant.
This special exercise needs to be repeated again after about a day. The third day of chanting should be the last. This is a one-time exercise that should not be repeated many times, like most exercises. If you want to experiment with the chant of this sound again, wait at least three weeks before your second attempt.
Exercising the third eye creates vibration or pressure on your jaws and face, forcing this vibration, or energy, to find its way to the pineal gland. Vibrating energy causes the resonant effect of the pineal gland and activates it. Keep in mind that you need to sing the TOU in a strong voice on the note “DO”. The approximate average sound of the alt range is quite suitable.
Perhaps for some, this ancient technique, transmitted over the centuries, seems to have no effect. Do not worry, as the effects of this exercise can be very subtle. Many physical and mental experiences may occur within a short period, but they may not occur for several weeks.
