Development of taste.
It would seem that the taste in general has nothing to do with magic. However, no. It is not that simple. Together with the food we receive and various kinds of information. Probably, all at least once in my life have experienced the difference between home food and fast food. Why is that? It's simple. In the cooking of one of the important components (about which people have forgotten a little, but, thank God, remember) is the chef's mood. How do our moms cook at home?
With love, with good. To be more tasty, and more satisfying was her beloved household. And in places where fast food is served how does it happen? And sometimes the chefs mix their bad moods and irritation with food. After cooking dishes is often not their desire, but a duty. And not always they have the mood to fulfill their role with love. And even more so they will not do so, even if they are told about this lecture. Although,of course, people are all sorts. The ability to determine the energy of food through taste to help you choose the right food for a particular organ and eat naturally, picking the most energetically saturated among the foods.
Exercise 1. Energy of food.
All food has different energy. Now our task is to determine what kind of charge has entered into us with one or the other. For comparison, take, for example, a piece of bread and an apple (for starters, any of the shops will do). For the experiment, you can buy any products, but it is desirable that some were of plant origin, and others - cooked
methods of frying, cooking, biscuits and so on. Eat a piece of bread. Cover your eyes. Chew slowly, trying to feel all the facets of taste. Notice how your body reacts to the bread, what emotions, sensations and associations it causes. Swallow it. A little more "savor" the aftertaste of bread. Track where the aroma of food disappears, try to notice in which parts of the body the energy of the bread is more, and what is less. Now drink the water and rinse your mouth to remove the taste of bread.
Take a bite of the apple. Do with it all the same as with bread. Did you notice the difference? Make the appropriate conclusions for yourself. You can experiment this way by comparing animal and vegetable food. Natural and stuffed with E-stabilizers and dyes. Freshly squeezed juices and sodas ... A springboard for research is big. After such a thorough study of food, you can pick up the most valuable food for energy and weed out what was useless.
Exercise 2.
To perform this exercise, you just need to visit a cafe or restaurant. Order yourself something to eat. And when you eat, determine, first, who cooked - a man or a woman. Try to snatch out of the food all the information about the cook, whatever you can. The main thing, of course, is the mood with which this dish was made. And then somehow
casually ask the waiter for example about the cook's floor. Check yourself. Good luck! If, during Exercise 2, you found that
Food has a negative emotional charge, clean it in several ways. The first of them is through the energy of love. This method is good for those who are in love. Remember the person you love. Imagine how your feelings are radiated from the heart in the form of a pink cloud. Mentally direct it into food, let it clean and charge the food with good and useful energy.
Exercise 3. Change the taste according to your desire.
It is performed either alone or by several people at the same time. In this exercise, one trains not so much the ability to taste as much as conscious control already
these sensations. Pour a cup of bitter coffee. And now try to inspire yourself (if you are alone) or a friend that the coffee is sweet. Train, and you will see how you can manipulate your taste sensations. Having achieved a certain success in this, you can eat a tomato, thinking that you are eating a cucumber, and enjoy all the tastes of variety,
inherent cucumber, and so on. Tibetan monks often eat rice by the nature of their activities. He helps them to come into contact with spirits that are very sensitive to vibrations emanating from people. And therefore there is other food for monks very rarely. But their body still needs vitamins and nutritional diversity. Therefore, during the meal of rice, they represent that they eat, for example, fruits or other types of cereals. The power of their imagination is so great that they practically literally feel the taste of visualized products. And in fact, in this case the body receives the necessary minimum of vitamins.
Exercise 4. Think and eat.
Here, as usual, we train imagination. Imagine any dish, food, fruit that you want. You can close your eyes and try to see the food as clearly as possible, touch it, sniff it. You must create a complete sense that this food is in front of you, that you hold it in your hands. Strongly hungry? Excellent. Bon Appetit. By the way, when you, thus, "eat" imaginary food, then in fact you, like Tibetan monks, absorb part of the substances of this meal, as if you really ate it. You will receive ethers that are important to the soul. So, when very hungry, and the nearest refrigerator is still far away, imagine food, mentally
there is, and at least a little, but refresh. When you consume food, you can deliberately distribute the energy of this food throughout the body. Suppose that this piece of apple catches my eye, this one is in the legs or in the teeth. In the end, all food eventually becomes energy, and you are free to deliberately spread it all over your body, give these organs more that you need, in your opinion. Before consuming food, load it into the property that you want to develop in yourself. For example, before you eat bread, you say: "I am healthy, I have excellent health, I see far and sharp" and so on. Thus, you are still programming your body through food and drinks at the event you want.
